Chloe Rushovich holds an MPhil in Education from the Centre for Children's Literature at the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge. She also holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature and Historical Studies and a B.A. (Hons) in Historical Studies from the University of Cape Town. She works for the Archive and Public Culture Research Initiative as an Archivist on the Five Hundred Year Archive Project. Her research interests include representations of gender and race in children’s literature, representations of trauma and grief in children’s literature, and the pre-colonial history of Southern Africa.
